The finer details.
Preorders & worldwide shipping
WizardBrew accepts preorders worldwide. Dispatch is expected in November–December 2026, with delivery currently expected in late November–December 2026. These dates are estimates, not guarantees; dispatch and delivery are separate stages.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Standard shipping is $8.57 for orders under $99. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
WizardBrew covers applicable international import duties and customs taxes. Customers are not responsible for these charges.
Preorder cancellations
You may cancel your preorder for a full refund, no questions asked, at any time before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, the return policy below applies.
Returns & refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items may be opened but must be unused. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Once a refund is accepted, it is expected to reach you within roughly 5 days.
Damaged, defective or incorrect arrivals
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, WizardBrew offers a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Paid warranty or shipping protection is not required for this resolution.
Optional 30-Day Warranty · $16 USD
A one-time add-on to your original order. Coverage begins on delivery, not on your preorder date, and lasts 30 days. It covers one free camera replacement for accidental damage, with no return required and no replacement-postage charge.
Deliberate damage, loss or theft, and broken or lost Wizard Photo Frame cards are excluded. This optional warranty is separate from the 14-day return policy and does not limit your statutory rights.
Optional Shipping Protection · $8 USD
A one-time order add-on providing a free replacement for a parcel lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It does not replace your rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect arrivals.
Optional Priority Processing · $8 USD
A one-time order add-on that puts your order ahead of standard orders for packing and dispatch once stock is ready. It does not bypass preorder production, change the stated preorder window, or guarantee an earlier delivery date.
